These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Refresh browser extension and cloud monitoring service ("Service") operated by Beacon Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in India.
By installing the extension or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Auto Refresh provides two core capabilities: (1) a browser extension that automatically refreshes web pages at user-defined intervals and monitors pages for changes using AI vision analysis, and (2) a cloud-based monitoring service that checks web pages for changes on our servers and sends email notifications when user-defined conditions are met.
To use cloud monitoring features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with additional capabilities. Pricing for the Pro tier is listed on our website and may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by our designated payment processor.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Some websites employ bot detection or access controls that may prevent our cloud monitoring servers from accessing their pages. We do not guarantee that cloud monitoring will work on all websites. When a monitor is unable to check a page, we will notify you by email.
AI vision analysis provides best-effort interpretation of page content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every change will be detected or that every condition will be evaluated correctly.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Beacon Labs. You retain ownership of the data you provide (URLs, conditions, email address). Screenshots captured by the Service are processed for your monitoring purposes only and are not used for any other purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed notifications, inaccurate monitoring results, or service downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
